Workgroup Discussion Points:

  • “Pure Michigan” local produce/canned goods/meats/cheeses, arts/crafts, Michigan beer/wine

  • Indoor and Outdoor vendor booths

  • Engage Eaton Rapids religious and nonprofit organization

  • Begin operations with one day a week hours

    • Saturday AM 8am – 1 or 2 pm

  • Coffee/Beverage Counter

  • Bakery Counter

  • Vendors provide own liquor license – Phase II or III

  • Building Arrangement:

    • Center Aisle with vendors on both sides

    • Portable vendors (tents/trucks) at ends

    • Food Truck section

    • coffee house seating with Entertainment stage


  • Food bank opportunities coupled with Market Day

  • Those-In-Need Resource Booth – manned by nonprofit orgs
